It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), BART, Caltrain or any other transit operator.

How we work
Schedule and service data come from public feeds published by BART, Caltrain, Lyft (Bay Wheels) and, for Muni, the 511 SF Bay open data service. Our servers download them, store them and compute trips on our own server. See data sources.
Guides (airports, fares and Clipper, Caltrain, Bay Wheels, accessibility) are written from official sources only. Each page lists its sources and the date we last checked them. When we cannot confirm a fact on an official page, we leave it out.
No paid placement: we do not accept payment to rank a service or rewrite a recommendation.
Our own design: our logo and line badges are our own, and our maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data. We do not use agency logos, official route symbols or official maps.
